Aguamiel London ("we", "us") runs the churrería at 24 Wellington St, London WC2E 7DD and this website, aguamiel.co.uk. We keep things simple: this site exists to show you our menu, where we are, and how to reach us. We collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

• Nothing you type. This website has no accounts, no forms, and sets no cookies of its own. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the site securely and to protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Email. If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to reply and handle your enquiry. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Third-party links

Ordering happens on Deliveroo and Uber Eats, and our social links go to Instagram and TikTok. Once you leave this site, those services' own privacy policies apply. We recommend reading them.

Legal basis

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) to operate a secure website and to respond to enquiries you send us.

How long we keep data

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. We do not maintain marketing lists.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hola@aguamiel.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we change how this site handles data (for example, adding online ordering of our own), we will update this page and the date above.
